Broken Arrow is adding to it's TRS

Just found this FCC data that Broken Arrow is adding to it's current TRS. Wonder why?

Now I'm really confused. It has a transmission point right in Jenks. Anyone have any ideas?

Okay I think I have this figured out already guys...

Broken Arrow WNNM947 stays the same 856.7875-860.7875 and 856.8375-860.8375
Jenks WNNM947 will use 856.2625-860.2625
Bixby WPSG568 stays the same 866.325, 866.85, 867.375, 868.1625, 868.7125
Glenpool WQAV657 will use 866.1875, 866.725, 867.2625, 868.075, 868.85

What do you guys think?

Sounds like a system consolidation to me. Are they all within the same county or close to each other? If so, it sounds like an interoperability move to me.
