Broken Wilson 1000

So heres the story, wife was driving the car and somehow managed to tear
the wire out of the base. Just wondering would it be ok to just resoder the wire back or
am I out of luck? Thnks for any input

Is this the mag-mount version? Is the wire you speak of the coax cable? If so,you could try soldering it back on,if it doesn't work you could always get a new Wilson 1000.
