New agency, are they on Dekalb North? Chatcomm? UASI?
I notice the officers toting what appear to be APX6000's (good choice, I've got one myself).
Anyone know what system/talkgroups and who is dispatching them?

They are dispatched by DeKalb north (6001). I'm sure that they have their own talk around channel, but I haven't found it yet.
