Funny you asked. I was just listening to some of it, although I also happened to be listening at work this morning when the call came in. I was reading the story on Channel 5s website and someone had posted the link in the comments.

I debated quite a bit whether or not to post that... But I got rid of names and the addr. and went for it (with a 2hr delay)

I can't believe how viral it went. In the past I've got maybe 4-5k plays per month on audio.... This was roughly 2000 in 4hrs.

That was captured on a PSR-800. I was actually sleeping for the first 20mins, or so.

I'm in Hennepin Co.

Though I'm still uneasy about having posted the audio, I was truly happy to see the positive comments(on social media) about the Officers who worked so hard. I've always believed when given the chance to "listen in" people's respect, and appreciation for LEO's grow/deepen.
