A Friend of mine who works for an authorized Motorola Dealer told me Brookpark will be purchasing new Astro Spectra Mobiles and the will be going to MARCS in the near future. Which in my opinion is a good thing.

Brookpark already has Spectra mobiles and portables. That's how they are using the digital modulation on the SWRCN.

Theres a big difference between a Spectra (Analog) and and an Astro Spectra (Digital). They have a few digital units for the FD now, However they ordered several more for PD.
