Here's their FCC listing.
http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/license.jsp?licKey=1189584

Also check Endicott Village
http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/license.jsp?licKey=1177438

WEST ENDICOTT HOSE CO INC WNMF827 33.90000
WEST ENDICOTT HOSE CO INC WNMF827 33.94000

They use the common 33.xx (F-1, F-2, & F-3 91.5 PL) mhz frequencies listed in the database for Broome County Fire.

You can also go here:

Yea I have them on the scanner along with a few police departments and a couple ambulance services. A couple evenings ago there was a car/cow accident, even with this being a small area theres some interesting stuff that goes on.

I do have them on my scanner though. A couple weeks ago in the city of Binghamton there was a person held at gunpoint at a park by a four kids in there late teens or early 20s. I live in Endicott but I heard about it on the scanner. I'll keep you guys posted with anything interesting that happens around here.

You might want to give the following frequencies a try. They are for Broome County so the fire department that you are looking for might be dispatched on one of these frequencies and they might also use some of the others. Give them a try

33.900 Broome County Fire Dispatch
33.940 Broome County Fireground
33.980 Broome County Fireground
33.820 Broome County Fireground
33.860 Broome County Fireground

By any chance, does anyone know where to find the VHF frequencies for SUNY Police, Harpur's Ferry (Campus ambulance), and also Superior Ambulance is Binghamton.

I found on the following site, http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&ctid=1828
A list of frequencies, many to be helpful and valid, but nothing has happened since I've programmed SUNY Police, Harpur's Ferry, or Superior Ambulance in (a few days). Perhaps they have changed frequencies or channels? If anyone knows where to find these frequencies or knows of them, please reply. Thanks

I just checked that list and they look good to me.

I heard a Harpurs Ferry ambulance call earlier for someone hit by a car on campus.

There's a live scanner feed for Broome County using Butel Easystream software. The Easystream Client is free and can be downloaded here:

You can go to the Broome County Yahoo group and look in the files area. There's a very comprehensive list for all of Broome County. (And surrounding counties.)
