Pembroke Pines PD dispatcher telling units that the old channels don't work anymore.

Dispatch console radio ID's seem to be 100 series for the North Regional Dispatch center; 200 series for Central, and 300 series for South.

12078 - surveillance of a vehicle driving around Pembroke Pines. By my calculations this works out to be Pembroke Pines police tac 3.

10077 - LEO talking about getting the address off a guy's DL. No idea who this might be.

10016 - Motorola techs with multiple overlapping test counts. I barely made out "F S spare talk" as the channel name, but that could be wildly wrong.

Has anyone confirmed the OR for:
Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood ?
Thanks
I have been listening to a scanner since 1972 , BUT WHAT are you referring to when you say OR ? WHAT does OR stand for ? AND I HATE it when people abbreviate things my god why don't people just speak english BUT anyways What does OR stand for ? Oh I bet you mean Ocean Rescue....omg I only listen to LE ....why do I care what Ocean Rescue says .....Answer >>> I Don't

I suspect Fort Lauderdale is still on thier own system. As is fire...

Hollywood is staying on the old analog system. At least LE because it is digital.
And you know this for a fact about Hollywood OR are you assuming it ? Because I know for a fact that they just got brand new updated radios.

When is Radio Reference going to update the Broward P25 database I am hearing different LE DISP channels such as 12020 Davie PD that isn't listed in the database yet ????

OK you got me there BUT If the only thing that I could hear on my scanner was the fire Dept OR rescue I would throw it in the trash and my FIRST scanner used crystals.....if that tells you how long that I have been listening I am JUST trying to find out what Talk Group ID > TGID that Hollywood PD is on the Broward P25 system

Entirely off topic. Mods who are always eager to step in please...
I will ask you again do you know this for a fact about Hollywood OR are you assuming it ? Because I know for a fact that they just got brand new updated radios

OR = Ocean Rescue, I presume.
Thanks

I previously posted where Hollywood PD is. Why don't you take the time to look. I'll give you a hint....they are not on the new Broward P25 system. And I don't "assume" where things are.

I know that they are on Broward Site 3 BUT they are DEFINTELY going to migrate ONTO the Broward P25 I just don't know when. ok I went through all of your post on this thread and ARE you talking about your post > " Well, Hollywood is still remaining as their own site off 1F25 for now as well. So it will be up for a while. " HOW do you know that for a fact and what do you mean it will be up for a while ?

That's so interesting !!! The subscribers that were issued ONLY have their current system (1F25 Site 3...although they can roam or poll RSSI to Site 1 and carry the talkgroup over). There are no talkgroups currently on the new system for them...just like Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Plantation, and Hillsboro Beach PD will be staying on their current systems (with the exception of mutual aid, tactical and interop) "for now."

ok thanks

last I checked, this is still a hobby.

Some take it a bit more seriously than others - but the simple fact remains that no life or death decisions are made here in the Florida forum.

I will kindly ask TropixStarz to stay on topic and be a bit less demeaning / confrontational with your posts.

For the record, I always listen to OR when down south.

regards,

doug

Will do and do you know when there will be updates to the Broward P25 database as there are quite a few talk groups that aren't in the database as of yet such as Pembroke Pines PD Dispatch 12075 , Thank You

Heard this morning:

11036 - "Battalion 1A testing P25", heard that one loud and clear (for a change)

12136 - Law enforcement types chatting about whatever case they are working on
