What kind of "study" does one do for $100,000?

You study as to how much of that dollar amount will be left after the study so a big party can be held with the remaining study dollars... LOL.

I can tell them for free, in four words, what to study: "Don't Go to 800". But since the persons heading up the study have direct ties to Motorola, we kind of know what the outcome will be already, don't we?
