Could anyone tell me whether Brown County has switched their operations to the SAFE-T system, or are they still using their old analog frequencies? I live in Owensboro, Ky. and I occasionally listen to Spencer & Perry Counties, which have NOT switched over. I am planning a trip to Brown County and would like to know whether I can monitor or not (I only have an analog trunking scanner). Thanks

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8520/4.6.1.314 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

Not certain but I think they are simulcast
I'd program both SAFT and conventional to be safe

Brown County Fire still has and uses a repeater on 154.130 MHz. This repeater is used for both initial dispatch and comms during runs.
