According to a couple County Board Supervisors recently, when this once again came up at a monthly meeting, to quote... "when hell freezes over"...

There doesn't seem to be much taxpayer support for this proposal in the county. We'll have to see how the lobbying to the citizens goes this year and if any minds are changed...???
