I'm currently down in Wilmington for the weekend and, before the trip, I programmed in the frequencies for the Leland site into my Yaesu FT-60R conventionally (don't have anything that will do LTR yet). I'm getting the LTR bursts but not any voice traffic, they are still using 154.415/155.745/453.450.

yea havnt you heard according to our wonderful emergency management team, its going to be another 90 days until it is up and running. but theyve been saying that for the past 3 years.:roll: so yea nothing is picking up anywhere on the system
