New brush fire Frazier Mountain Park Road at Grand Terrace Drive (Just West of I-5 on Grapevine), 10 acres rapid spread in heavy brush, winds from north at 10mph. Kern Co FD and Los Padres NF have full brush response en route. 4 air tankers, 4 helicopters, 1 Kern Structure Task Force.

Aircraft advising this fire is going to run and it will be very difficult to stop. 20mph winds from Northwest.
