I'm hearing this call right now, at 0929z on 4717u.

It's weak, but it repeats like it's mechanical. There are some interesting repetitive features.

This is Chinese mil, and carries the ENIGMA ID of M89 (no, it is not a numbers station as such, but many mil stations receive ENIGMA IDs before it is realized they are mil in nature). In addition to the 4718 kHz freq you mention, you will find this callsign set on 6378 kHz.

Also, sometimes you will hear TP4C respond to BSA5. And occasionally you will hear traffic back and forth between the stations.
