BTT on JIWN system.

I've been using my BTT to try and scan the various control channels for Justice Integrated Wireless Network in my area (seattle-pnw). for whatever reason i can't lock on and get any control information like the band plan, etc. has anyone else had any luck?

Have you been able to "lock-on" or get band plan info using a different device or sdr/software combo? I know that JWIN control channels data in the DC area is decodable using Unitrunker.

I don't know if this applicable to your hardware but the band plan I get for JIWN via DSDPlus is --
