I was wanting to see if anybody has the primary control channels for Buck Mountain.

The site has 4 channels listed in the database but no primary control channel listed.

I sent Trumpetman a private message about my question, but I guess my request wasn't important for him

to reply back.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

David

I would put them all in, with the newer P25 trunks, almost any freq could become the CC
I would not get all worried about which is Primary or Not

I concur with (some of) this --

Given there are only 4 frequencies (and hopefully that is a complete list), just enter all of them. It would be much more of an issue (for several reasons) if the system/site had 25 frequencies.....

Couple of things .... beyond what has already been said.

Assuming the site is in range and the control channel frequency is one of the four listed, it is fairly easy to determine which of the 4 is the control channel - in a variety of ways. The easiest being to program the 4 as conventional channels and monitor. Some radios will immediately find and lock onto the control channel when programmed as conventional. Alternatively, at least with Phase 1 systems, you can narrow it down by process of elimination - if it is carrying voice, it isn't the control channel frequency.

It seems that the current CC frequency is now know. Is someone willing to go ahead and submit the site update to the database to help others (assuming that hasn't yet been done)?
