Couple questions here.

1) Will this be a 700 MHZ system as has been previously discussed?

2) Saw in the article "Encryption for police units..." Will this apply to all police talkgroups or only certain tactical talkgroups with the general dispatch talkgroups being in the clear?

It'll most likely be a 700MHz. system, which will allow interop roaming between Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia...
