Dude, I can't spell it out any simpler for you. There is a link in blue text in my last post. It says "Radio Project". You click on that, and it takes you to a magical website that Bucks County has graciously setup to inform the public on the status of the system's progress. Click on the PDF files to read the latest news. If you still can't figure that out, you shouldn't be monitoring trunked radio systems...
