Bud biliken parade

So today was the Bub Biliken Parade, was montering CW 6 from abou 12:45 and boy it sound like a mess. Lost Children, Gang fights, and of course the storm. It was interesting when the order came for the Deputy Supt of patrol (car 6) to lock up anyone flashing gang signs, and one of the officers remarked, "welcome to Biliken Carlos." This dispatcher is very funny to listen to especally to how he handeled cirten situations, and apparentley it was his first year working this event. Any one els like to comment please feel free to do so.

That is what is sounds like every year.. Total Chaos.. But hey Its ok.. We will just shut down the South side Irish parade instead.
