I have a Uniden BC75XLT and nothing comes through, I can hear the Buffalo Fire Dept. but nothing from Police.....

Judging from the database it looks like the PD is digital. You will need a digital scanner to receive them and I don't think the 75 is.

Yes your correct the Buffalo police are now all Digital p25
