Buffalo Tower frequencies

According to the ARMER site map, if I am reading it, there is supposed to be a tower in Buffalo. Has anyone found the frequencies for that tower? I am in Monticello and when I scan 850-860, I can't seem to locate a frequency that is not listed in the DB here.
