We have a system here that uses VHF and 700 sites but have since switched to (2) different band plans -- but since they're neighbors, it looks like DSD is getting confused.

Here's an example event log output:

You should be able to look at all of the transmitted bandplan data from the control channel in the DSD+ console window or redirect it to a text file. Would be fairly simple to figure out if anything is off. Involving Motorola in what could just be a DSD+ bug? Ballsy. Maybe give the FL folks a raw CC sample and see what they say...

Negative -- this is from a federal/state LMR upgrade project and it's already in the hands of Motorola per their latest status update. Our state police has been told to use their conventional P25 frequencies and to avoid using the trunk system due to these "roaming issues." Since I'm not involved in the project, I don't know if this issue is related but it seems logical. My guess is that Motorola tried to do something 'not supported' as a workaround and that is screwing with scanners/radios and also DSD.

Ouch. That's a PSK signal that wasn't processed with the proper TCP linking to FMPx or the bandwidth wasn't set right.

Looks like the control channel is correctly broadcasting the required bandplan data.
