Bug? with System Protect bit on

I see a possible bug with the system protect bit on.
Scanner: BCD996P2. XT models not tested.
Firmware: 1.07.07

Parameters missing in the reserve parameter per the "BCD996P2_Remote_Commands.pdf" manual

When the system protect bit is ON, except [SYS_TYPE], [NAME], [REV_INDEX],
[FWD_INDEX], [CHN_GRP_HEAD], [CHN_GRP_TAIL], other parameters will be send as a
reserve parameter in the Radio -> Controller command.
