Townhomes under construction in West Dallas, near Singleton & Sylvan, have collapsed under strong downburst winds, One reported fatality so far, with at least two others transported to hospital. Multiple Dallas Fire Rescue units on scene, including both USAR teams. Other victims still believed to be trapped
