A Midland man sustained non-life-threatening injuries Tuesday night in a freak accident south of Midland on Hwy 349. The accident involved the man's pickup and a bulldozer. The pickup struck the rear of the Bulldozer causing the Bulldozer to flip. It landed on top of the pickup, crushing the cab, but leaving the driver's seat virtually untouched. The pickup driver was transported to Midland Memorial Hospital with head and neck injuries that were thought not to be serious. The Bulldozer driver was not injured.
