Anyone have the current list of air-air or ops frequencies used by the Burlington ANG F-35s ? I can't find anything in the database.

So far I've heard 314.400 and 226.800 used for air-air, but there must be a few more.

Thanks

Thanks for that but it's a little dated. There are at least 2 other UHF A-A freqs active that are not listed there (226.800 is one). And I don't think the F-35s are using the VHF A-A freqs listed since they changed from F-16s back in 2019 ?

Info at SNE, just like at RR comes from users, if there is something different or new, no one has shared it.

As to Mil Monitoring, many times it is hard for folks with Scanners to actually determine if a freq belongs to that
Wing/Air Group or is being used by the visitors.

And with the lack of Air Shows, capturing Cockpit Freq charts to help us out has been problematic

I haven't heard much, and usually it's SLAMs. Haven't heard any MAPLE callsigns and in general voice traffic seems down. Trying to dig a little but so far coming up empty.

SLAMs are F-15s out of Barnes. The BTV F-35s have been busy in Viper and Lightning airspace. So far I've been able to confirm these frequencies being used over the last week. 226.300, 226.800, 253.200, 314.400, 349.700.

I'll get them in when I get a chance and update.

A few more A-A heard recently while the VT ANG F-35s where in Viper airspace - 234.800, 253.700, 261.800.

So far I've heard mention of Aux 13 to Aux 19 but have not been able to match a frequency to any yet.

226.3 is the main frequency for the VIPER AIRSPACE COMPLEX, so it's not always just the F-35s. The same goes for 261.8, which is the main frequency for the CONDOR MOA.

Thanks, yes I knew 226.300 as "Viper Common" but was not aware of 261.800 for Condor.

Thanks. Heard the F-16s today working Viper, started off using the JUNIOR callsign then stopped in at GTB for a bit then changed their callsign to WEASEL and worked VR-1801 then back to Viper. Reported using the regular VT freqs. 234.800 and 314.400 for A-A. Being followed by C-130 CHEAT 92 who reported they were A-A with the WEASEL flight, not sure what freq they were using for that ?

VIPER & CONDOR are active now with at least (6) F-16s from Shaw. Call signs have been THUMPER, HELLCAT, COWBOY. They are operating on the VT ANG A-A frequencies as well as the respective MOA frequencies. They were active at the Ft Drum Range as well.

I'm hearing THUMPER, HELLCAT and KINGFISH in Viper. HELLCAT was calling Barkeater on 244.500 requesting range overflight 10000 and above for 10 F-35s and 5 F-16s. Active frequencies are 226.300 (Common), 226.800, 261.800, 314.400, 349.700. Nothing so far on 228.800. There was also a NAIL 11 getting clearance from BTV to Shaw AFB. update - Looks like NAIL flight working Viper before heading back to Shaw ?

Be sure to send all of this to the Scan New England wiki to update the out of date information - that's the only way this will happen. 'nuff said

Earlier in the thred I reported 253.200 and 253.700 as active VT ANG A-A frequencies, turns out these transmissions were some sort of intermod interference with the SDR and not actually being used.

Here's a re-cap of current VT ANG A-A frequencies that I have heard being used in Viper, and as far as I've been able to tell the associated AUX channel number. No guarantees with the AUX numbers but fairly high confidence.

226.300 = AUX 13 Viper Common A-A
226.800 = AUX 18 A-A
234.800 = AUX 17 A-A
261.800 = possibly AUX 14 or 15 ? A-A
314.400 = AUX 16 A-A
349.700 = AUX 19 A-A

I'm not a member of SNE so if anyone wants to submit them feel free.
