Burlington City Police

i have been monitoring their frequencies for years now and in the past couple of months i have noticed that i have not heard anything on their channel. now i did some investigating and put the input frequency on my output frequency side and have heard officers talking......has anyone else that listens to the city of burlington police notice this? if so please let me know if you know any other information so i can program my radio adequately, Thank you for all your time and patience.

Since you had them in your scanner for years, my only guesses are ATT for that freq is on, or mode somehow was changed to AM or PL somehow got changed,
Keep scanner locked on 155.070 with no PL and see what happens

They are still on 155.070.

Their repeater has no hang time. So it will sound like simplex, but it's not.
