Hi Guys Looking for some help here. Trying to re program a 2096 Scanner. PC link cable doesn't seem to work so doing this by hand. I have all my TG program. But the Problem I am having is with what Bank Freq to use. Burlington is a Big County as we know and it has 3 Different Base Freq. Which one do I use. I am right now using 500.325 Offset 380 12.5 step.

And If I do have it Right does it matter what the 3600 CC mode and 9600 CC Mode is set at?

There are times when it stops on the Ch but NO sound.

You need all 3 sets of base & offset tables, and the ONLY way to do that is via a PC program. The scanner is physically incapable of taking more than 1 table through the keypad.

Just to be sure, please tell me that you are trying to program the unit through the PC/IF port, and NOT the speaker jack!

Also, the RS cable usually come with an adapter, and I can't remember if that unit needs it on or not.
