I was in NJ a few weeks ago (during the weeklong rain storm that caused a lot of flooding). And I came up with these:
18160-I can't positively identify it, but I know this much-it was Law Enforcement, and they were in the Florence area. I tagged it as FLORENCE. Now, admittedly, it could have been a narcotics unit belonging to another agency, but they were working in Florence. It's a starting point anyway.
18288-This is an IAC (Inter Agency Coord) channel. Now, which IAC channel is anyone's guess (there are several). But I heard this one identified by a unit (If I remember right, Burlington City PD) as he was calling another car: "xxxx to yyyy on IAC"
19408-Medford Twp. PD. I've seen this one mentioned here before.
33168-This sounded like a road crew-they were discussing road blockages, and being "requested by the PD" to move/place barriers. If I remember correctly, the lcocations that they were discussing were in the Moorestown area.
As for the others, sorry, I can't help you with those. Hopefully this gives you a starting point.
