Guys,
My apologies if this got covered in any of the previous posts about the BurlCo system, I haven't had a chance to skim-through all the previous ones!
I've seen quite a number of times, people were asking what the 'PZB-1' & 'PZB-2' talkgroups were for - It stands for 'Patrol Zone Backup'.
New-Years Eve (mid-day), Delran Twp. had some sort of stand-off situation going on on a side street not too far off Rt 130. When all the responding units arrived to cordon-off the street, she told all the other normal users of the P-2 talkgroup to switch to PZB-2. One officer didn't hear the initial order, and she told him politely to 'switch to zone backup 2'.
I had to head back up into North Jersey, and it was nice to see that the 'P-2' talkgroup carried all the way up from the northwest zone, through north-central, and even into the north (if anyone here on the board knows what that situation was, I'd really like to know!).
