and not only that, its the ULTIMATE in rudeness to CONTINUE the practice after having heard all that.

There are:

Rules to follow when driving on the road, flying in the skies, talking on the radio, swimming in our pools, hunting and fishing in the wilderness and conversing on the internet.

Those who feel the necessity to run red lights and stop signs because they CAN, or break any other guideline established for the good of all, including the continued use off all CAPS on internet forums and chatrooms are nothing more than MORONS.

I dont really like to see all CAPS but for crying out loud, if someone does they should not be given the 5th degree when they do!!!! This is not a chat room, nor is the road so I dont see where that has anything to do with it. Who made these rules that it is not PROPER to type in all CAPS and who says that it is rude??? (just like al gore invented the internet right?)

I do understand that lindsay has asked that people not do it, but still at the same time I just dont understand why everyone goes crazy just cause someone types in all caps, I think that we could find something else to yell and scream about!!

All CAPS does not bother me, and I just dont see why certain people allow it to bother them, instead of answering someones queston or responding to a statement, they got to make sure that they tell someone that there caps lock is on. I just dont see the point. I am not trying to argue with you all, and I am not saying that everyone should type in all CAPS all the time, but what I am saying is who really cares if it is in all CAPS?? There are no rules of the internet, that is just not true.

Asking someone to use common courtesy and not type in all caps is not giving the 5th degree. Continuing to drag it out is.

Is not exactly rules but more of an "etiquette" that's been around since the early days of the Internet, just like the whole dilemma of Caps in general.
