22:40 - West Chester Fire hit out for a working dwelling 500 blk S Matlack St, wires on roof of a 2 sty MOR, light smoke evident from 2nd floor of residence. Upgrade to working dwelling fire, 51 added for RIT, Delco 59 and 6 for relocates. FUC at 20:50, crews released at 22:25.

23:25 - 54/56 (Goshen) hit out for a report of a ped struck on PA 3 w/b at N 5 Points Rd. ENG54-1 on scene with a car vs. pedestrian. P/t suffering from a fractured leg with (-) LOC. PennSTAR #2 on stand-by, LZ at the Town & Country SC, just east of the scene. Command now requesting PennSTAR to fly.

I was at work, so I wouldn't have been able to pick up that report from where I was; I'm guessing that PennSTAR's air freqs are low power/simplex or something along those lines, as when they're flying somewhere near where I'm monitoring, I can hear the reports.

Did you see the updates to the LTR freq's?

I did. I had all the channels programmed in and locked out the ones that weren't active.
