Ive used this software in the past to download from Radiorefrence data base and it work
fine. I had to renew my account with them a few days ago. I had'nt used the site for
a number of months. So now when I try to use it again I can't seem to log in to the site and
I do have the right username and password. It come with radio refrence disconnted wait retrieving
http data.
Anyone see this before.

You need to download the latest software version. Changes were made to this site download that required updating all software.

Ok looks like I will have to download the update to the software.

That worked. I upgraded my ARC300 and ARC96 abd both seem to be working now

In the Help menu you can also enable the check for updates option and be notified when new versions are available.
