Ok, I am using the ARC-XT to program my BCT-15X, have used it for several years always has worked flawlessly. I don't know if it's a RR database issue or Butel issue or scanner issue. When I download San Diego RCS from the data base it downloads as Motorola Type II Standard, I pretty sure it's a splintered system. When downloaded as standard I can see the tower strength as full bars , but will not receive. When I change settings to splinter , I get nothing, no bars. Is this a bug in the Butel software or RR database? When I get home I will try Freescan see if it works.
