Hi All,
I'm a firefighter from MA. I'll be attending the NASCAR race at Lowe's on 5/30. I'm looking for a file written for the Butel software for the 250D. I'm mainly interested in the talkgroups for Police, Fire and EMS in the Charlotte & Concord area. Also if anyone has one for the track I would be interested in that too.

Thanks,
Pete

Butel foe for charlotte

Sorry, I dont have the butel file, however I can tell you the freqs and talkgroups on radioreference are accurate. The only difference is the control channel for the concord system has been 868.9625. Be sure to monitor the NCHP as well. They do all of the traffic control around the speedway. They use both the Meck and Cabarrus county systems but since the troopers come from all over the state and don't all have 800 they primarily use VHF for comms. be sure so monitor 155.445 / 154.68 / 42.22 for local comms. 155.455 is the vehicle repeater freq. 154.68 is the CP freq and 42.22 is the low band special events channel. The local channel pair to NCHP comm center is 42.38/42.58 as well as 154.68 as the high band repeater (as well as local CP for the race). I hope this helps.

Re: Butel foe for charlotte

Jon, I assume the correct freq is 155.445 and not 155.455. Is that correct? :?:
Enjoy the races!
