Butel software and RR subsciption.

I use 2 Butel programs one for my AOR AR8600 Mark2 and one for my Uniden Bearcat BCD 536 HP. My subscription to Radio reference was renewed just recently to the same type. I am now getting messages on both Butel telling me I am not a premium subscriber. Can someone help correct this problem?

In the BUtel software, click the RR button, make sure your username and password are correct and match what you have for your RR subscription. IF that fails, I recommend emailing Butel and RR to help solve the problem

Username and PW

I did check both programs for username and PW and all is good. Butel contacted me by e-mail to say it was a problem on your side. I had no trouble before June 02, 2016 as my subscription expired and renewed that day. If my current account was canceled and a new one was to be created would it solve the problem? With reason I don't have to pay for a new account.

your USER Name is "XPS720", you know your password, if you are cutting and pasting make sure no extra spaces and some programs prefer you delete the last alpha/numeric in you password, then manually enter it, so if the password is "IloveDells", I copy and paste IloveDells then delete the "s" and type "s" myself.

I always type my info in and I know Cut and Paste as I am an IT. As I said it looks like a new account needs to be created!

This message pop up every time I try to connect to RR.
