Butel software update

I am looking for the link that was made when Radioreference web site changed software and we had to update are scanner software from Butel to allow us to download from the web site to software. I am using arc330 basic software. My harddrive crashed and I loss the update. Thank you.

I do not see the update link to repair the software link. It seems to be removed from there web page.
