Does Butel monitor this forum or do they have a customer service link. I can't find any support link on their website?
I have a question about why history logging for the BCD996P2 DMR does not log the CC or Slot data. I did notice that CC info is in the NAC column, but is is not displayed in a decimal format. For example 100F = CC15.

I also brought some problems to their attention about the ARC536PRO software and they said about a month ago they are working on a new version of this program, no idea when they will release the update. hopefully soon
