Butler County 453.4

Butler County 453.4 is patched to NSP Enforce 1.
Heard the NSP helicopter on 453.4 and Enforce 1.
The helicopter was operating in Saunders county. Saunders county sheriff units were also using Enforce 1 to communicate to the NSP helicopter.

Interesting find. I have never heard an agency except NSP transmit on their frequencies. In the past, it seemed like they were strict about who used thier frequencies. Any mutual aid with NSP was always on 39.900.

Is this patch with Enforce 1 a permanant patch with 453.400, or was this a special occasion?

First time I heard it. I think it was for a special occasion.
I thought it was 39.9 at first. Then I heard the helicopter on enforce 1 and on 453.4.
I was surprised to hear the patch and Saunders talking on enforce 1.
