Butler County Sheriff Talk Group

I was in Butler County last weekend and do not remember hearing any traffic on the Sheriff frequency (talk group). Does anyone know if they started encrypting their transmissions or was I just not receiving them ?

I'm on the Cowley tower using an RTL-SDR Dongle and I receive some transmissions daily. Talk Group 2281.

I was down there recently and didn't have a problem receiving their traffic. They do have encryption capabilities where they can turn it on/off at will. Most of their traffic is clear. Andover and El Dorado tend to heavily use encryption.
