Buying a BCD396T in MI.

Hello everyone.
I live in Windsor and I'm looking to buy The BCD396T from Michigan but can only find online stores and not any retail stores where I can go and buy one and avoid all the shipping cost and the nonsense of driving to Durham Radio and pay the ridiculus price off almost $1000 after taxes.
Any ideas would be great.
