Buying a BCD396T

Does anyone have a location In the Michigan(Detroit) area where I could just drive over there and buy one. I tried looking on the Net but the one s I found won't export to Canada.

A few years ago I drove over to Abel Electronics in St. Claire Shores and picked up a BC250D... They seemed to stock a nice selection of scanners at the time. A tad pricey compared to online outlets but still reasonable. Maybe give them a call and see if they carry the 396...
