I have recently set up a live audio feed and have an issue with a constant annoying buzz. My feed is from Indiana and is Clark County Public Safety if you want to take a listen to the issue I'm having.

Check the volume on your sound card.
Click on Sounds. Then Recordings. Double click on the incoming feed bring up General / Level. Click on levels see what the levels are. I run mine between 5-10 and while listen adjusted the radio volume.
