It's been a LONG time since I was here. how can I get the Hillsborough county EAST frequencies for the Bearcat 346XT?
back then I just downloaded the group and ran the software to load the scanner. (Proscan)

Not necessarily. All mode "A" (analog) talkgroups can be monitored just fine with the OP's scanner. Most talkgroups are mode "A" . Only mode "D" (Provoice clear) or "DE" (Provoice encrypted) can't be monitored
I stand corrected, yes Doc is right. I was looking at the older EDACS system

I believe you are referencing the Edacs system and @doctordialtone linked to the P25 system.

Gimme your trusty red pen, Doc Although I can't be entirely to blame since only the EDACS is referenced on the main county page. Some housekeeping needs to be done if the EDACS is truly deprecated

It's not entirely deprecated. There are still some agencies that operate on it that have not moved to the P25 system, and Tampa FR and PD are still multicast to it as some officers/firefighters still carry around older radios.
