Occasional Lurker wants to know if anyone in Western NC knows anything about the prop driven airplane (that appears to be a C-130 to this untrained eye..) flying in circles. Specifically, I'm assuming it is a "wooly Ageldid insectiside flight" and was wondering if anyone knows the freqs it would be using for comms between the smaller "spotter plane" that seems to be with it.

Has been going on during the afternoon, today (Monday, May 7th).

I assume if it is not raining, they might be back tomorrow?

Thanks,
John

Yes, it was on the news Sunday. They are playing Forestry Airplane. I was busy all day and missed it. Sure needed to verify some freqs. Maybe next time.
