C-130's at KFCI Chesterfield

For several months C-130's have been coming to Richmond Executive Chesterfield County Virginia KFCI.

Each time the planes will pick up 2 huge shrink wrapped articles and depart.
Has anyone observed these flights on the various flight tracking programs..

Yes the Defense General Supply Center is near by, however, a fork truck is brought in on a low boy trailer. When the low boy leaves it departs in a direction going away from the DGSC. The two pieces of cargo weigh something like 13,900 pounds each.
