C & E Type I Chattanooga UnIDed Talkgroup

The past couple of times I have listened to the Communications and Electronics Chattanooga 800 MHz Type I system (ID 6B21) I have seen talkgroup 300-00 come up. The communications on this talkgroup are obviously an ambulance service with units IDing in the 400 series (i.e. 422) and the dispatcher IDing as "Radio". It is not Angel EMS (which uses this same system and whose dispatchers ID as "Radio" on TG 212-00), so I am assuming it is either Lifeguard Ambulance or Southeast Ambulance (which I have seen around Chattanooga since moving back into the area). Can anyone else provide further on this talkgroup?
