I just programmed my G5 pager with the CLMRN system from RR database. I see a talk group labeled "All call". Is this a wildcard? Or does this mean that by putting this talk- group in, you get EVERYTHING?

Neither. It's simply an "All Call" talkgroup for UASI Region 1, as labeled in the RRDB.
