.c39 File Extension for BCD396T: What Program Is It For and How Do You Open/Apply It?

Someone here at RR sent me a ".c39" file extension for a Uniden BCD-396T. I cannot figure out how to open this file so I can view it or put it in my scanner.

I have both Butel ARC396 software and Uniden UASD software. I have tried to open it with both programs without success.

Can anyone help me?

Have you tried renaming the file? Either to a .mem or .usd extension? Whomever sent it to you, ask them what it originally was, then you'll know what to rename it to.

.c39 is a BCD396T clone file. ARC396 includes a copy of the BCD396T clone software to restore/backup your BCD396T.

Hey Gommert,

I just had to download and run a copy of your ARC246 for a lady who couldn't figure out how to program her scanner even with your software.

As one program designer to another, I'm impressed. NICE program. Took me all of a few minutes to build her a library of about 20 systems. I'd change a few little things here and there, but what programmer wouldn't change someone else's program?
