Cabs: I think

I was scanning the band hunting for Cab frequceys for the Charlotte and Cabarrus
area. I ran across this freq. ( 466.9375 ) and heard a good deal of chatter about
Car 6, Car 2, Car 1, Along with you need to go here and there as well as How long have you been waiting for the money.
This sounds very much like a cab Service. Would anyone happen to know which one this belongs to and also why I can only
hear the dispatcher.

Cabs usually use full duplex, like the NCSHP, so the dispatch is on
one frequency and the cabs on another.

Try 461.9375 for the base.

So far I have these Cab Frequencies, but Usually only hear the Dispatch.
Also, Some I have only heard once or twice and then never heard from
again. I have put a * beside the ones that always has traffic.

Those are the mobile frequencies for WPBX846

That might be Kmart - WPAS540
also try 451.45 461.525 461.975 463.75

It might also be Food Lion - WQFS542
They have a bunch of mobile only frequencies as well.

That is probably Crown Cab Company - WNKB270
also check 452.05
