Looks like Caesar's Palace is in the process of switching over to a new DMR system. The security talkgroup on their old analog trunked system is no longer active. I can confirm they have taken at least 2 of the old frequencies off the old system and are now using them for the new DMR system.

935.2250 CC1 TS 1/2
936.4000 CC2 TS 1/2

TG20 is the only active talkgroup I logged, RIDs are in the 9xxx range. So far 100% of the traffic is encrypted.

The old, analog system is still in-use by Valet Parking, Food Service, Events Setup, Maids, Slot Hosts, etc. Security guys have been seen with the DMR-capable radios, and their lack of traffic on the old system suggests that they are currently the main user of the new DMR system so far, while plenty of the other staff still are carrying the older, analog-only radios.

I should also note that 935.225 is also still being used as part of the old analog system. so there is both DMR and analog traffic on this frequency.
